Supplies to expand your closet:

Pine board 1”x8”x6’
Cast crown of your choice 6′
Decorative molding of your choice 6′
1″ x 2″ wood scraps for spacers
Garnish
Paint

Band saw or handsaw
Brad nail gun
Level
Adhesive
Wooden accessories
Sandpaper

Direction:

Cut some Clears from the wood shavings.

Glue them and nail them in place behind the existing cabinet panels.

Step 1: how to extend your cabinets

Glue and nail the side walls for superior support making sure they will lay flat to keep the side of the extension level with the existing cabinetry.

The bars will be what will support the extended side.

Measure and cut to length, face plate extended. I use cut to length 1×8 in this case. Nails to clean
