How to plan your wedding day

Guests go from ceremony to cocktail hour | 1 hour

While your guests are mingling after the ceremony, it’s a great time to do the couple’s family photoshoot and official family photoshoot. Although the bride and groom are usually unable to attend cocktail hour, it’s always a great time for your guests to relax and enjoy a few appetizers and drinks before heading to the main reception.

And the people who will continue to drink to excess are the ones who probably shouldn’t. If necessary, they will explain how guests can find their seats and make any other special announcements during this time. Dinner served | 1 hour

Nightclub open | 30-45 mins

Now is the time to start the search! Start the power dance with a catchy song that will get everyone in the room moving. Amidst a series of high-energy songs interspersed with slow music, it’s a great opportunity for you to decorate and toss bouquets, or any other fun activity you’ve planned in the past to hold your party. of marriage.

The DJ or band should be ready to continue rocking after the official dance moves are complete. They should invite all guests to the dance floor to have a good time. Be sure to include bouquet tossing, wreath tossing, and any other entertainment you wish to include in this time slot.

Cut the cake
