Friends have advantages HisFixitUpLife How? ‘Or’ What To like

I am an avid screwdriver and Spax multi-material construction screws fuel my passion.

And while it looks like micro screws, I don’t have to fight to make my projects – from toy sets to quick remodels – happy.

Yes, happy.

The lanyard is suitable for my work.

In our work, you can’t always drive nails into things and expect them to stick. We work in older homes with solid wood frames and easy-to-split stones that are often bolted together rather than nailed. And on external projects like ourscedar gamewhere wood expands and moves. And on stone foundations and drywall, fixing is needed. Most of the concrete screws I’ve used leave a LOT to be desired.

We also use modern materials such as plastic and sheet metal. And sometimes it’s just the weird connections that we just need the right screw to do the right thing – without causing us pain.

Flexibility and options are key.

Fill your screw box with different sizesSpaxConstruction screws come in a variety of materials, and you’ll have screws suitable for all types of jobs, from DIY to renovation to repair. And they make work easier, improve connection.

For example, the Spax Unidrive pan head screw is an odd choice. The serrated wires cut and hold in different materials and the tip of the mold lays flat on the surface of what you are attaching. I love this sleek screw for everything from building shop furniture to installing electrical boxes to hinged straps on dash doors…I could go on and on. Trust me, you will find the uses.

And then there’s the flat Unidrive. They are draft horses. From 3/4″ to 3 1/2″, these Spax screws stick inside and outside the house anywhere you need the screw to grip, sink, and not split wood. And drive like a boss.

In zinc, yellow zinc or HCR from Spax (high corrosion resistance, e.g. pressure treated wood forbridge construction) these bad boys have worked their way through the material like a boss. Shabby setting in an old house. Anew pergolaoutside. Carpentry department. No matter. They’re an excuse to throw away nameless drywall type screws that don’t do the job satisfactorily.

Maybe I’m not a geek. Maybe vis-snob is a better term.
