This way you can be sure NOT to worry about getting near ANY power source that could hurt you while on the wall. Just easier to be on the air of caution!!! However, make sure the circuit breaker is properly disconnected from the wall and use a voltage tester on the wires on the back of the outlet before removing it. For those less experienced this can be very daunting as it involves pulling the wires out and putting them back the correct way round.
